1. Our commitment

HiLex Law wants everyone to be able to use this website and the client portal. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

2. What we have done

Pages can be used with a keyboard alone and with a screen reader. Text and controls meet the contrast levels of the guidelines. Forms have visible labels and say in words what is wrong when something is missing. Pages reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom, and movement is reduced when your device asks for that. The Farsi pages read from right to left and are checked in the same way.

3. Known limitations

Court forms and documents prepared for filing follow the layout the court requires and may not be fully accessible. Tell us, and we will explain their content in a way that works for you.

4. Other formats

Information on this website, and documents we prepare for you, can be provided in another format on request, such as large print or by phone.

5. Tell us

If something on this website does not work for you, we want to know. You can reach us by email at info@hilex.law or by phone at 833-877-9797. We reply within five business days.
